At the Money20/20 fair in Amsterdam, we introduced 'databloom' – an immersive installation blending art and data. Drawing inspiration from the natural elegance of dandelions, this exhibit transcended mere technology, providing an emotionally engaging experience that connected open data with creative expression.
Guests engaged with a "databloom," an interactive display that transformed their biometric information, like heartbeat, height, and clothing colour, into unique, colourful visuals. Using a custom device, they could manipulate these visuals, turning their personal data into a dazzling show, creating a visual spectacle that symbolises the untapped potential within each data seed.
Adjacent to this, our artful photography display showcased how these data seeds could be woven into personalised future narratives.
Central to our installation was the individual, envisaged at the heart of their own data universe, connecting personal preferences with data-driven services.
