databloom.
Live-data installation for open banking and the future of trust, which made personal data tangible, intimate, and strangely beautiful.
Created for Publicis Sapient's Open Futures thought leadership initiative, databloom translated open banking into an immersive experience - shifting perception from "minefield" to "material," compliance to imagination.
Paired with a gallery space showcasing speculative case studies, we turned curiosity into a deeper conversation about what becomes possible when data is organised with care and consent.
Money20/20: 300+ visitors, 157 leads, ongoing platform for client dialogue and new business.

Digital Transformation | Branding

Amplifon.
Digital transformation and brand evolution for global hearing care.
Working with Amplifon and Publicis Sapient teams, we shifted hearing care from medical stigma to everyday empowerment.
Designed a companion app ecosystem for major Bluetooth hearing aids - putting real-time control in users' hands during actual listening moments, with behaviour-led guidance when it mattered most.
Extended the work into a unified digital ecosystem and bolder rebrand direction across key markets. Not just an app - an emotional architecture where every touchpoint reinforced belonging, not medical necessity.
10% share rise on launch day. 6,558 downloads in four months.

Proof At Scale

Hi-ReS! Alexandra Jugović co-founded Hi-ReS!, a pioneer in immersive digital storytelling. BAFTA-winning work for Minority Report. BAFTA finalist for Donnie Darko, LOST. Cult-defining experiences for Requiem for a Dream (a site that glitched, rotted, and finally kicked you out), plus flagship projects for The Beatles, Chanel, HBO, and global brands across culture and technology. Work that became reference points, still cited decades later as defining early internet culture.

Amplifon. Alexandra collaborated with teams at Publicis Sapient and Amplifon on their digital transformation. An ecosystem where emotional intelligence shaped every touchpoint. The companion app made hearing feel like belonging rather than a medical necessity. Results: 10% share rise on launch day. 6,558 downloads in four months.
